Do I have to Sign a Contract?

For any one-time cleaning job, you do not need to sign a contract. We like to make it as easy as possible.

Do you apply travel costs when providing a service?

The price you will get when your job is quoted will always include everything; you will not have any additional charge applied.

When will the payment take place?

The payment will be completed right after the service has been provided. If you are on site, you will be able to complete payment directly with our cleaning technician by credit or debit card, check or cash. If you are not on site, you can still pay by those means at our store or online by credit card. If you are a professional with recurring contracts with Modern, another agreement can be discussed.

Who will be cleaning my house/facility?

Our team of cleaning specialist will always be highly trained on every service they can perform, both in terms of the techniques itself and the products and equipment to use.

What is the Modern Brand?

What should my expectations be?

By choosing us for your cleaning services and/or supplies, rest assured that you will receive the most professional service, completed by highly trained individuals with the more efficient products, equipment, and techniques on the market. Please note that in the cleaning industry, it can not be certified that each and every stain/default can be perfectly clean and look brand new.

How can I book a residential or commercial cleaning?

If you are online, simply select the service you want and click the Get a quote button to get personalized pricing. From there, we will schedule an appointment. Or you can simply call us at 905 328 7872.

Do I need to be at home/at the office when you arrive for the cleaning?

That is entirely up to you! If you have got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home or office. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you are most comfortable with.

Do I need to supply the equipment or cleaning products?

We come equipped with everything we need to make your home or commercial facility sparkle.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Yes, we do! Part of our commitment as a member of the community is not to harm the environment. That is why we use eco-logo certified chemicals. However, due to the nature of some cleaning needs, not all our chemicals are eco-logo certified.

Do you clean homes that have pets?

Yes, we do! When you set up your booking, please let us know the name and species of your pets and anything we need to know to make sure our cleaning technician knows what to do while your pet is in your home.

What if I am not happy with the work you do for me?

Our reputation is our most valuable asset, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will make sure to fix it.

How long will it take to clean my home or commercial facility?

Our time on-site will be based on the level of cleaning that is needed. When we make the appointment, we can tell you the estimated time required to do the work.

How do I re-schedule a booked cleaning?

Rescheduling is super easy, simply call us at 905 328 7872 or email us and we will update your booking. It just takes a few seconds, and we will send you an updated booking confirmation.

How can I pay you?

When choosing a service provider for your cleaning needs, specifically everything regarding specialty cleaning, make sure to select a company that is recognized in this field. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any booking up to 48 hours before the date and time we have set with you for your service.
